Institut Molière: the whole site and the whole platform, on one foundation.

A language and tutoring institute, 6 sites plus online classes, from primary school to the baccalauréat and adults. Public site, learning platform, teacher area, administration, automation: one project, 24 days.

The starting point

Mid-August, the institute decides to digitalise its activity. Ten days later, the platform is running.

· the decision

Google Meet links, sent by hand.

Classes were held in person, sometimes remotely. No online exercises, no tracking, nothing shared. Digitalise the activity: decided the day before the first commit.

· live

The Institut Molière home page, live

Live, on its own domain name.

Registration, payment, level test, learning path, dictations, mental maths, chess, library: built from nothing. Nine days of code, from the first commit to going live.

  4. The administration steers the school year from it

Four areas, one project

The account's role decides what opens.

One building, four badges. Swipe one: the door opens on what that role sees, and nothing else. The teacher and administration areas are not photographed — they hold families' data.

The visitor learns, tests themselves and signs up — without calling anyone.

Automation

What runs with nobody involved.

The site records, the platform reacts. Eight automations leave the same core for Telegram, email or the administration — nobody launches them.

The core

institut-moliere.com 46 database tables · 3 crons · Telegram · email · AI

Alerts to the teamRegistration, application, level test, payment, Coach outage.

Telegram · instantly

One group per classThe bot posts the reminder before, the write-up after.

Telegram · before and after class

The weekly reportTo families, by name, without anyone writing it.

Email · every week

Follow-up on quiet pupilsAfter three days without a visit; a switch in the administration turns it on.

Email · after 3 days

Reminder before each lessonWhen the class starts within 12 minutes, in the group.

Cron · every 5 min

Cron · 2 times a day

AI · every proof

The decisions

Three decisions that hold the system together.

Security lives in the database.

Rights by module, level and class, enforced by the database engine. A screen protects nothing.

The level opens what to read — and to do.

Library, learning path, dictations: their level, one step below, one step above. Proven on a throwaway pupil, not deduced from the code.

A notification leaves from the server.

Sent when the record is written. A safety net in the browser goes silent as soon as the connection drops.

And for you

A school, a centre, an activity with members?

The same foundation adapts: site, registrations, areas, automation. Price depends on the activity: a fixed amount per pupil or per active member, or a package, set after a first conversation.
